Hi. I’m Jamie Levy of Open Road Psychotherapy. Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I’m a psychotherapist / hypnotherapist / sleep coach and aim to help my clients with their difficult issues, emotions and relationships. You may not be able to verbalise what it is that’s troubling you. Whatever it is, we’ll work through it together. However long this process takes. My hope will be that I can provide a supportive environment that you feel comfortable to explore and express your fears, conflicts and concerns at your own pace. I realise and respect you are an individual, so together we will find the best approach that works for you. I favour no particular methodology, meaning I am always client centered and integrative.
