Hi. I’m Jamie Levy of Open Road Psychotherapy. Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I’m a psychotherapist (and qualified hypnotherapist) and aim to help my clients with their difficult issues, emotions and relationships. You may not be able to verbalise what it is that’s troubling you. Whatever it is, we’ll work through it together. However long this process takes. My hope will be that I can provide a supportive environment that you feel comfortable to explore and express your fears, conflicts and concerns at your own pace. I realise and respect you are an individual, so together we will find the best approach that works for you. I favour no particular methodology, meaning I am always client centered and integrative. I see a diverse range of clients and offer a free 15 minute consultation, so you can decide if I’m right for you.
Qualifications / Memberships: BA (Hons), CHP (NC), NSTT (Associate), CNHC, UKCP (working towards full UKCP registration as an Integrative Psychotherapist).
My mission is to provide a safe space where you can explore your world and begin your journey of self-discovery, growth and transformation. Change is never easy, but I hope to assist you in finding resilience and meaning through compassionate therapy.
I take a client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual. Being trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques, I can tailor my approach to best meet the needs of my clients.
I specialise in working with clients suffering with anxiety, low mood, dealing with challenging life events, stress and burnout, relationship issues, sleep problems and neurodiversity.

Sleep issues can be debilitating and seem permanent. You may be suffering with chronic insomnia, frequent sleep disturbances or troubling recurrent dreams. With the right approach, focused solely on you, I will support you in your exploration of your conscious and subconcious thoughts, feelings and beliefs towards sleep.
Perhaps you've recently changed jobs, careers or suffered personal loss or even good fortune. Whatever may be happening in your world, you'll be welcome to share and work through what may be a deeply confusing and worrying time.
