    Hi. I’m Jamie Levy of Open Road Psychotherapy. Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I’m a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, ADHD and sleep coach dedicated to providing mental health support to my clients as they navigate their difficult issues, emotions, and relationships. You may find it challenging to verbalise what is troubling you, but whatever it is, we’ll work through it together, no matter how long this process takes. My hope is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring and expressing your fears, conflicts, and concerns at your own pace. I recognise and respect your individuality, so together we will identify the best approach that works for you, whether it involves anxiety management or other strategies. I take an integrative and client-centered approach, without favoring any particular methodology. I see a diverse range of clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation, allowing you to determine if I’m the right fit for your psychotherapy needs.


    Qualifications / Memberships: BA (Hons), CHP (NC), NSTT (Associate), CNHC, UKCP (working towards full UKCP registration as an Integrative Psychotherapist).
